1. According to the characteristics of water quality, do a good job of sludge conditioning process. Some wastewater has a certain viscosity and dispersion. If it is not well conditioned, it is difficult to form blocks during the filter pressing process. Therefore, the sludge should be conditioned according to the characteristics of the wastewater to form larger flocs, so as to effectively form mud cakes.
2. Use secondary pressing process to further reduce the moisture content of sludge. After the feeding process is completed, in order to further reduce the moisture content of the filter cake, the filter cake is pressed twice to improve the overall dehydration efficiency.
3. Use sludge drying equipment or incineration process.
4. The principle of classified collection and treatment. Some organic sludge can be recycled and reused as organic fertilizer, and some electroplating sludge contains precious metals. If precious metals are recycled, the amount of sludge can be reduced on the one hand, and the recycling value can be obtained on the other hand, which increases the profit of the enterprise.
